These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VitLog ("the app") and this website, both operated by DJUMP, MB, a company registered in Vilnius, Lithuania. By using the app or this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
VitLog helps you track vitamins and supplements, receive dose reminders, and view intake history. You may use the app for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's functionality
- Abuse the service by submitting excessive or automated requests
- Share your account credentials with others
2. Not Medical Advice
VitLog is a supplement tracking and reminder tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Interaction warnings are sourced from published pharmacological references but should not be treated as personalized clinical guidance. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement regimen.
3. Accounts
You may create an account using email/password, Google, or Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You can delete your account at any time through the app's Settings.
4. Free and Premium Plans
The free tier lets you track up to 5 supplements with daily reminders and the doctor-export PDF. Premium ($2.99/month) unlocks unlimited supplements, interaction warnings, and the how-you-feel correlation reports. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Cancel from your device's subscription settings (Apple or Google) — there is no email cancellation form.
5. Intellectual Property
VitLog and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DJUMP, MB. Any supplement entries, intake logs, or other content you create within the app remain yours.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that interaction warnings will catch every relevant scenario.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJUMP, MB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app, including but not limited to health outcomes, missed doses, or supplement interactions.
8. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect on continued use of the app after the effective date is changed.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
